Our prices include the following:

"Meet and greet" at Kalamata airport or on the outskirts of town for those of you arriving by car. All towels and bed linen (changed twice weekly). Electricity and water charges. A "welcome" pack of basic provisions to get you started.

Payment:

A non refundable deposit of 10% of total rental is required for all bookings made more than 2 weeks in advance of arrival date . Full payment is required 2 weeks before arrival.

Payment is to be by a cheque drawn on either a Sterling or Euro account. Details of where to send your payment will be sent to you with your booking confirmation. Discounts apply for stays of more than 2 weeks.

Your stay can be as long or short as you wish, but flights direct from the UK arrive on Sundays.

Vacation of the apartment on departure days is flexible and is dependant on the next visitors arrival. We will arrange this with you during your stay and would ask for your co-operation.
